1. サービスの概要

Velichan（以下「本サービス」）は、World IDで認証された人間のみが投稿できる 匿名掲示板です。本サービスを利用することで、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 利用資格

本サービスへの投稿には、World App によるWorld ID認証が必要です。 閲覧は認証なしで行えます。

3. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します：

• 他者への誹謗中傷・ハラスメント
• 違法なコンテンツの投稿（著作権侵害・わいせつ物・詐欺等）
• スパム・広告目的の連続投稿
• 個人情報の無断掲載
• ボットや自動化ツールを用いた投稿
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

4. コンテンツの責任

投稿内容に関する責任は投稿者本人にあります。Velichan運営者は、 ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツについて一切の責任を負いません。 違反コンテンツは予告なく削除することがあります。

5. サービスの変更・停止

運営者は予告なくサービスの内容を変更・停止することができます。 これによりユーザーに損害が生じた場合でも、運営者は責任を負いません。

6. ミームコインに関する免責事項

本サービスで紹介されるPUFおよび関連ミームコインは、投資商品ではありません。 価格の上昇・利益を保証するものではなく、価値がゼロになる可能性があります。 投資判断はご自身の責任で行ってください（DYOR）。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. Overview

Velichan ("the Service") is an anonymous bulletin board where only humans verified by World ID can post. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Posting on the Service requires World ID verification via World App. Browsing is available without verification.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Defamation, harassment, or abuse of others
• Illegal content (copyright infringement, obscenity, fraud, etc.)
• Spam or repeated posts for advertising purposes
• Posting others' personal information without consent
• Posting via bots or automated tools
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the operator

4. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their posts. Velichan operators bear no responsibility for user-generated content. Violating content may be removed without notice.

5. Service Changes and Termination

Operators may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice and are not liable for any resulting damages to users.

6. Meme Coin Disclaimer

PUF and related meme coins featured on this Service are not investment products. There is no guarantee of price appreciation or profit, and their value may go to zero. All investment decisions are made at your own risk (DYOR).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
