Privacy Policy

1. 収集する情報

Velichanは、World IDによる本人確認（human verification）のみを目的として、 Worldcoin が発行する nullifier hash を受け取ります。 nullifier hashは、同一人物による重複投稿を防ぐために使用される匿名識別子であり、 氏名・メールアドレス・生体情報などの個人情報は一切収集しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

nullifier hashは以下の目的のみに使用します：

• ボット・複数アカウントの排除（1人1票の確保）
• スパムおよび荒らし行為への対応（スレッド・返信の投稿制限）
• 管理者によるBANの実施

3. 匿名性について

投稿はすべて匿名で行われます。投稿者のnullifier hashは他のユーザーには表示されず、 Velichanの運営者も投稿者の実際の身元を特定することはできません。

4. 第三者への提供

収集したデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。 ただし、法令に基づく開示請求がある場合はこの限りではありません。

5. データの保管

データはSupabase（米国）のサーバーに保管されます。 Supabaseのプライバシーポリシーは supabase.com/privacy をご参照ください。

6. Cookieおよびトラッキング

Velichanは広告目的のCookieやトラッキングスクリプトを使用しません。 テーマ設定（ライト/ダーク）などのUI設定はlocalStorageに保存されます。

1. Information We Collect

Velichan receives a nullifier hash issued by Worldcoin solely for the purpose of World ID human verification. The nullifier hash is an anonymous identifier used to prevent duplicate posts by the same person. We do not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Information

The nullifier hash is used solely for the following purposes:

• Preventing bots and multiple accounts (one person, one identity)
• Spam and abuse prevention (rate limiting on threads and replies)
• Administrator ban enforcement

3. Anonymity

All posts are made anonymously. A poster's nullifier hash is never displayed to other users, and Velichan operators cannot identify the real identity of any poster.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or share collected data with third parties, except where required by applicable law.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase servers (United States). Please refer to supabase.com/privacy for Supabase's privacy policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Velichan does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts. UI preferences such as light/dark theme are stored in localStorage only.
